New Flights from Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie to Puerto Vallarta to Start in Dec

Sunwing Airlines have added Fort McMurray and Grande Prairie to the list of departure airports to the magical destinations of
Puerto Vallarta MLS and Riviera Nayarit in Mexico. The service will be operational from December 19, 2012. This option is sure something to look forward to for the winter sun-seekers of the respective cities.
“We are very pleased to welcome nonstop service from YMM to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on board Sunwing Airlines’ state of the art B737-800 aircraft,” said Fort McMurray Airport Authority president and CEO Scott Clements in a news release. “This is the first of several international passenger services expected in the near future. This is a major breakthrough for the community and will be welcomed by travellers that currently drive to Edmonton and often have to overnight to catch charter flights to Mexico.”
The news release stated that all Sunwing vacation packages include flights aboard the “high frills” Sunwing Airlines, where passengers are treated to the award winning Champagne Service, which includes hot towel service, a choice of hot meals at lunch and dinner served with choice of wine, and complimentary in-flight entertainment, including first run movies.
Puerta Vallarta is a great destination, and for the winter struck residents Fort McMurray and Grande Prairie in December, this flight service will be a dream come true escapade option for sun kissing on the hot beach in Mexico.
