Puerto Vallarta MLS region is synonymous for luxury accommodation. It is also one of the major reasons for tourists to visit this paradise as the warm hospitality is unmatched. The destination already boasts of developments likes of Hard Rock Hotel, Hilton, etc. Joining this bandwagon of luxurious accommodation is a new project by Daymoon Developers.

The new hotel, a project of worth $110 000 0000, will come up in the center of Puerto Vallarta. Built on the land of the former Hotel Getaway, next to the Sheraton Hotel, the new hotel will feature 450 rooms. There will also be provision for a shopping center and an entertainment center.

Daniel Araf Hop, Director of Daymoon Developers was very thrilled on this new ventured. He also mentioned about the confidence that investors have in Mexico, especially in Jalisco and Puerto Vallarta. He thanked the Mayor, Salvador Gonzalez Resendiz, all his support in giving shape to the project.

The construction is slated to begin next year and be completed by winter 2014. This project will create 700 direct jobs and 2,500 indirect jobs. Daniel Araf said that the construction process will employ 1,500 people.

The idyllic resort town of Mexico, Puerto Vallarta has been a prominent spot on the list of top world destinations. Such developments are a testimony to the growing popularity of the region.
